1.  What happens after I submit my virtual parking permit application? An automated message would be sent to the applicant's email granting temporary virtual parking permit pending verification from the affiliated establishment answered in the application.

2. I drove another vehicle which I have not signed up for a virtual parking permit what happens next?  Please ask the business to validate the unregistered vehicle. Validation will only be for the entire business operation hours only. 

3. What happens if my vehicle is parked outside of parking operating hours? A warning notification will be emailed for the first violation. Second violation, the vehicle will be booted.

4. My car has been booted what should I do? Call the number on the violation ticket on your vehicle.

5. How long will it take for OPS Parking to verify and confirm a permanent virtual parking permit? Confirmation may take as long as a week. Changes to the duration are highly likely.

6. What happens after verification from the affiliated establishment? A confirmation email will be sent over alongside details of OPS parking policy.
